Executive coaching is the most personal way to increase your self-awareness and get a better understanding of your emotional make up. To increase your leadership impact, you will learn to apply leadership skills to provide direction, inspire people and drive for results.

Opire has a network of qualified executive coaches, curious to explore your development goals. Coaching is a matter of match making between coach and coachee. You are always introduced to two coaches. We will proceed when you are confident that working with your coach will help you grow.

Approach

  1. Brief exploration of your development needs and objectives.
  2. Introduction to two coaches that might match your profile.
  3. You choice your coach, when you are confident that (s)he will help you grow.
  4. Joint write-up of your development goals in the coaching contract.
  5. Your trajectory of 5-7 coaching sessions over a period of 3 - 5 months starts.
  6. Coaches use a range of work methods such as coaching dialogue, psychometrics, voice dialogue, transactional analysis, family constellations, emotional life story and connected breathwork amongst others.
