Approach

  1. Intake session with the business manager and HR Business Partner
  2. Individual introductory meetings with all team members to understand team needs and dynamics
  3. Executive summary and draft program for the first team off-site
  4. Final preparation with team members on selected topics
  5. Series of well-timed team interventions, aligned with the rhythm of the business and key team moments (e.g., onboarding new members)
